After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). You will also receive a tax invoice form our shop confirming your delivery.
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from payment except WA or regional areas where it can take up to 7-10 business days depending on location. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
Please note that delivery is within Australia only.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your order. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return it for an exchange but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
- Name and address;
- A copy of your delivery note or your order number;
- Reason for return.
Please ensure all items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.

SALE items are not returnable, nor are they exchangeable. All products purchased ON SALE are sold AS IS.
Some items are never returnable (for hygenic reasons). These include undergarments, wigs, stockings, etc, items on sale and any item deemed worn, used or damaged in any way.
We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent prior to that.
You can request to cancel your order through Contact Us within 2 hours of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order, packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
